When building a home, our main goal is to create a quality product that fits exactly what the customer wants. Prior to construction, we spend a great deal of time talking with our customers, identifying the features that would best suit their home, and looking at the site, priorities, situation, and budget. You will find other companies who bid a low level home just to get the job and then overly markup change orders along the way.  We prefer to take the extra time to prepare the bid as close as possible to what you want at the start of the process. This saves time, loans issues, and unpleasant surprises we hear about all too often.
