Wilderness Falls Building, LLC has been locally owned and operated since 2001. For over 20 years we have been serving customers in the Treasure Valley, initially as a framing and remodel contractor and later as a general contractor and custom home builder. Nate, the owner, personally oversees each project to ensure the highest quality. He grew up between Nampa and Homedale, Idaho, and has physically worked, at one point or another, in nearly every construction trade during his career. Due to this, he is familiar with all phases of construction. This extensive experience, and being on the job throughout the process, helps us offer many options, and keeps overhead lower to pass the savings on to you the customer. Based on the needs of customers we like to offer many energy-efficient and green building options including Energy Star Certified homes, conditioned crawl spaces with concrete, sealed attics, high insulation values, spray foam insulation, energy-efficient HVAC systems, insulated foundation forms, wall panels, green non-toxic paint, and other products and building methods to ensure longevity, economic utilities, and health.
